About Us

Coach Craig is an NLP Master Practitioner and Emotional Wellness Coach with over a decade of hands-on experience helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Having worked in the mental health field as a Program Coordinator, Mental Health Practitioner, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor, he brings both deep professional expertise and genuine compassion to every coaching relationship.

Throughout his career, Coach Craig has supported individuals of all ages in learning how to understand and regulate their emotions, rebuild confidence, heal family and spousal relationships, and move forward with clarity and purpose. He believes that emotional wellness is the foundation for success in every area of life—and that with the right guidance, everyone has the capacity to grow beyond their challenges.

As a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Coach Craig has trained hundreds of people to recognize and respond to mental health crises, further strengthening his ability to create safe, empowering spaces for transformation. His coaching approach blends emotional intelligence, accountability, and culturally sensitive care to help clients break through mental barriers, stay committed to their goals, and step into the life they deserve.
